In recent years STS has developed a range of industrial fluorinated polymer coatings. In close collaboration with various industries - chemical, agriculture & food, aerospace, armaments, office equipment, electronics - we have created the "fluor-coat" range of coatings to meet very exacting specifications. Our equipment enables us to deal with small and large volumes in relatively short time scales. Special and personalised treatments

Fluor-coat for use on a hard substrate material when wear resistance under high loads is required. Microfluorcoat for applying a thin PTFE coating in the thickness range 3 to 7 microns in order to solve the problem of fretting corrosion. This process is of great value when used for high-precision mechanical parts.

STS has a double vocation:

firstly the application of industrial coatings such as Teflon®: Dupont de Nemours Xylan®: Whitford Rilsan®: Atochem Halar®: Ausimont Epoxy, Molycote... as well as the development of coatings to customer specifications.
